Effective October 1, 2026. This policy explains what information New Braunfels Fence Pros ("we") collects through this website and our phone number, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, phone number, email address, property location and project details when you use our forms or email us. We keep a record of each submission, including the date and time and the page it was sent from.
- Call information: when you call our number, our phone provider records the calling number, time and length of the call, and may record the call and any voicemail.
- Website usage: basic, aggregated information about visits, such as pages viewed and device type, collected by our hosting and analytics provider. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To connect you with a local fence contractor about your project
- To respond to your questions
- To confirm referrals with contractors, keep records and improve our service
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse
Who we share it with
- Fence contractors. We share your request with a participating contractor serving your area so they can contact you about your project. Contractors pay us for referrals. Calls to our number may be forwarded directly to that contractor.
- Service providers who run parts of our service for us, such as phone service, form processing, email and website hosting.
- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights or others' safety.
We don't sell your information to data brokers or share it for unrelated marketing.
